Tier 2 - Passive Referrals (5% Net Revenue Share)

These are the friends of your friends.

When your Tier 1 referral invites someone else, that new trader becomes your Tier 2 referral. You still benefit - you get 5% of NYRO’s net trading fee from their trades.

  • Your Tier 1 referral invites “The Cat”

  • The Cat trades $10,000 in a day

  • NYRO Fee: $10,000 × 1% = $100

  • Your earnings (Tier 2 Referrer): 5% of $100 = $5

  • The Dog’s earnings (The Cat’s direct referrer): 20% of $100 = $20

Tier 3 - Spread Referrals (3% Net Revenue Share)

These are the traders invited by your Tier 2 referrals.

It’s like the friends-of-friends-of-friends effect. You earn 3% of NYRO’s net trading fee from all of their trades.

Example:

  • Your Tier 2 referral (The Cat) invites “The Bear”

  • The Bear trades $10,000 in a day

  • NYRO Fee: $10,000 × 1% = $100

  • Your earnings (Tier 3 Referrer): 3% of $100 = $3

  • The Cat’s earnings (The Bear’s Tier 1 Referrer): 20% of $100 = $20

  • The Dog’s earnings (The Bear’s Tier 2 Referrer): 5% of $100 = $5
